I would give them supplemental heat for a bit longer. Theyre not completely feathered and theyre a bit under the weather. Cut out all treats. They don't need them. Offer a quality starter and fresh water only. Monitor poops. Anything runny (except for cecal), or bloody is not okay or normal. Watch for eye bubbles, sneezing, discharge from eyes or nares. Make sure their crops are emptying over night. Take up food and water at bedtime, and feel everyone's crops first thing in the morning. They should be flat and empty. Then give them their food and water back. That only needs to be done once to check crop status.
