Breed & colour

Sorry is that sarcasm? If you saw another thread of mine, I’ve explained how i got them. They’ve been wandering round my street for weeks, and earlier I managed to catch them. The ee type’s keel feels like a knife she’s so thin.
No..I'm not being sarcastic at all..

EEs are mixed breeds...:gig...:frow
I'm aware of that. They aren't just any breed mixed together though. If they were, they wouldn't lay colored eggs. I don't know exactly what goes in them, but most all of them have Ameraucana in their lineage somewhere. I've never seen an EE with that kind of coloring, and they almost always have greenish legs. This bird has yellow legs, and just doesn't look like an EE.

Your wrong sorry..Amerucana crossed with certain egg layers create the colours of eggs. She has yellow legs and might not produce coloured eggs but still an EE.

She could very well be a "homemade" Easter Egger, since we don't know her exact origins. :) Might possibly explain the unique appearance.

That said, though there's still much variation within hatchery EEs, they're likely Easter Egger X Easter Egger.....not mutts comprised of every possible breed combination that will result in colored eggers. Hence their somewhat generalized appearance.

Would anyone have any idea about her age?(or have any way to tell) Her comb is slightly pale-er than the others, and looks a bit crispy. I thought it may be because she’s old.
