Breed for this bantam??

This little guy (with that red comb I'm assuming cockerel!) is 4 weeks old. Definitely a bantam, and he has feathered feet. Some kind of Cochin maybe?

Black cochin banty cockerel. Cochins come in many colors even barred. Love them
