Well if it's crawling, than it's a boy. Males don't get full use of their legs until AT LEAST 16 weeks of age.

The breed is ayam cemani, by the way. They have famously red faces.

We're very serious! Never mind, it's a silkie, obviously. So fluffy! It does appear to be mixed with something else, though. Where did you get it?
