hey yall here are my two birds, i beleave they are between 15 and 18 weeks, any help is greatly appreciated.

thank you for all the responces, i want to get a couple of hens, no more then 3 for now.. should i find a new home for the 2 roos? would it be ok to keep one or both w/ only a few hens around or will they become agressive?
