Breed/Gender of 1 Month Old Chick

I know the pictures aren't the best, sorry. I'm pretty sure that's it's a pullet, but I could always be wrong.

Looks like a mix of some sort. If it's from a hatchery/feed store then probably some type of Easter egger. The comb is pretty large for 1 month old, so I think it's a cockerel.

Here's a side by side comparison of the original chick and our cockerel (same age)

I know some breeds develop gender-specific traits sooner than others, so that could be what's happening here. I also am not sure of the age, but I know they are the same age.
