Breed? Gender?

I was hoping I could get some help with if she was a he and what breed. 20 weeks old and I thought chicken was a golden laced wyandotte. I have never seen it try and crow but I have a big EE rooster that is very loud and don't know if that is why. I'm very greatful of any help. Thanks

Might be a Welsummer. Definitely a pullet.

That's a red sexlink. They are a cross breed that can be sexed at hatch by down color. As chicks, males are white, females are golden/red. Females feather in red with white. Males are white with just a little bit of red.
