Considering their place of origination, these are almost certainly mixed breeds.

The black and brown has darker skin, but all feathers seem hen like, squared or round tips no points.... I'm not sure about that yesterday, but the white one gets re homed todayBlue looks like a pullet, the other two roosters. They look to be mixes too.
Rooster feathers don't start coming in until after 3 months, so shape of them means nothing at their age.
