Here are easier ones for people who can’t guess Roocifer and the other rooster; the other rooster I’m currently researching breeds to figure out

The only breeds that I know of that have the Birchen color, are Marans and Cochins. Is it either of those?Silver/Gold Split Birchen. So, it's a form of Extended Black, but only extends the black to the wing bars. Birchen is also known as Crowwing.
EEs are Pre - Ameraucanas(Before the standardization). Ameraucana are pretty much Easter Eggers with a standard. Some will argue about this though.No his other breeds are all pure, not mixes
CochinHints on Roocifer; he is part Wyandotte, his leg feathers are from a larger breed- they’re all cold hardy good laying breeds
