Breed help, also rooster or hen?

I hatched out this chicken about 2 months ago. I was told the eggs would be either black australorp, speckled sussex, buff orphington, or silver-laced wyandotte. Also I do not know if it is a hen or roo

It's a mixed breed. I would say pullet if the age is 8 weeks.

My guess is an Australorp/Buff cross and I would also say pullet
