Breed help please.

We got a dozen eggs from a friend of a friend, and 11 hatched (we let our broody hens lay on them and hatch them). They are all different breeds, so I wanted to know what this one is, if you can tell. The chicken is 4 weeks old either today or tomorrow (I can't remember which day this one hatched). Also, the comb and wattles appear pretty red already, does this mean rooster or is it too early to tell? Thank you!

Cockerel. He's most likely a barnyard mix. The feathered feet might mean he's part Brahma or Cochin, but what else he might have in him is anyone's guess.
