From what I have red, CQs are supposed to be a red rooster crossed with a silver laced Wyandotte hen. I think yours just has more lacing than normal for CQs. Because of the hybrid nature of these chickens they can be pretty variable as far as color goes.
Agree, this bird looks like she should for a Cinnamon Queen pullet! A lot of red sexlink names are used interchangeably, but true Cinnamon Queens are Wyandotte based, as was mentioned before. Being a cross, there is a lot of variability at the individual level, but they do look quite different compared to most other red sexlink crosses.
