first is excalehor Leghorn, second is EE, and third is a blue orpington?

#2 definitely an EE.
#3 could also be a Sapphire Gem. What color are the legs? (I can't tell for sure with that pic). My gems have yellow legs with some dark wash on the front of the legs.

I was just on their website looking at the options. I also thought that the first one might be an Exchequer Leghorn. But then I noticed the black spots on her legs which can happen with Anconas. What do you think?

Thanks for the help everyone! Here’s a couple more. I’m certain the one is a white leghorn, but the other is starting to get a few dark spots and has different color legs.

First one is a White Leghorn
The second one I think is an Austrawhite based on their pictures
