Pretty hens. Next time you bring in adult or older birds quarantine them for 30 days just to make sure they are healthy. Since they are so much bigger then you little ones I would watch for aggression issues.

You are welcome. There is just no way to tell if a bird is healthy or not. There have been a lot of post about adding new birds and they are coming up sick which can leave them carriers for life and then infect your whole flock. I won't be bringing in any new older or starter birds just chicks for a few byc members or hatchery or hatching eggs.

Can you still tame down a pullet that old by hand feeding them and holding them alot ?

I am hoping she is tame-able. She just loves my son. Hates me and my BF though.
