Breed ID Please (gosling)

I picked this little girl up from a local feed store this morning and initially thought she was a White Chinese but after a serious bath and some time to fluff out, I can really see some silvery-colored down showing aruond her bald spot and on her neck.

I believe the white breeds they carry are White Chinese, Embden and Roman Tufted.

And idea what breed she may be?

I'm guessing Embden but it could also be a White China.

I'm thinking Embden. I currently have a pair that are about 12-14 weeks old. They sure did start out looking a whole lot like your little one. These are my first Embdens. I have Roman Tufted, Tufted Buffs and 5 Sebbies.

The beak looks like a chinese; most goslings have some grey/silver on them when they are fluffy.

ETA: These are embden goslings, the one in the bowl is a female and the other is a male.

You have yourself a white Chinese. You can tell from the convex shape of the bill right between the eyes. This is how you differentiate between Chinese/African and all the other breeds.

Thank you guys, i thought the bill looked chinese but the silver threw me. I had white chinese last year and they were all yellow, but my female did take a LONG time to develop her 'bump area' to where it was more noticable.

I will check those links out later tonight.

These are my chinese when i first got them. They were also in a not very nice condition when i bought them, very pale and dehydrated.
