I was thinking Wheaten Leghorn... but I'm not familiar with their SOP, and could be mistake on color name. Handsome fella, at least a couple years old according to spur size (in my experience).

ETA: never mind his beautiful wattle length!

Pictures won't enlarge for me, but they look like game fowl to my old eyes - perhaps Black Breasted Reds.
