Breed identification

Agree with @Goosebaby that the bill color doesn't look abnormal - to me, it looks like it may have started darker and is becoming lighter, probably heading toward an orange shade. I raise Pilgrims and the females of this breed typically hatch with bills that are very dark, with a lighter tip that's pinkish. The bill gradually lightens in color as the gosling grows, and will become orange-y when mature.

Does your gosling have lobes on its abdomen? If so, how many?
 
So if it’s smaller than my female pilgrim right now, it probably won’t get to big is what it sounds like
