Breed? Male? Female? Help?

This is my sister's chicken, we've been calling "him" Freddie, but after some research we're starting to believe "he" is actually a "she." And when we bought "him" they said he was a Silkie, but now we're thinking he may be a Polish. Could somebody help us?

Definitely a polish and is it's crest more mohawk-ish? lol sounds weird but males generally look like they have mohawk's spiking forward while females have a tuft going out to the sides (instead of just in the center).

He does have a mohawk. It's so cute..haha, I'm thinking there's like a 99% chance he is Roo, then? I think my sister will be happy to know that Freddy, is in fact a Freddy d: thank you!
