Breed Mix UP?

Hi all,
Well my little flock is about 6 months old now and starting to lay eggs, hooray. Today I was giving them treats when it suddenly hit me.... the two chicks that where sold to me as a Buff Orps are not buff. I dont know why it never clicked with me before. Looks to me like they are RIR. Like to get your opinion.
What is up with stores selling the wrong breed or gender. I have had chickens before and what they said they where is what I got.
I now have this mix up and I also got an EE pullet at another place that turned out to be a rooster

Yup you are right those look nothing like BO's. I am not saying RIR as the color is off for that but more like a production red.
