Breed of Chicken...

I was reading through my Hobby Farms Chickens May/June 2012 issue. On page 21 there is an ad for Blue Seal... With a beautiful white chicken with some spots... Anyone know what kind of chicken that is? I am new to the chicken world!!

without a pic it could be anything. possibly splash in color
