Well, I can not tell you the gender, but I think I can tell you the breed. Many of the ducks sold around Easter are khaki campbells, which is what these appear to be. They are light brown, which is what makes me think they are. If they are khaki campbells, and they are females (or at least some of them), you should expect many eggs later in the year. Good luck!!

Thank you! I know we can't tell gender I just wish we could. I don't want to end up with too many males because I really do just enjoy them as pets and for eggs! And I'd like to keep them all!

When they're full grown I read most in most breeds the Drakes will have one or two tail feather that curl, while females have straight tails.
Also the males are a deeper more monotone quack!

Besides the curled tail feathers and the raspy quack, the drakes will also have a green or black feathers on their head, whereas the females will just be brown with possibly light brown head feathers.

Yes...Khaki Campbell's ...:).....Cute too.....

They will go through a juvenile molt at around 4 months old...That is when the Drake feathers come in...:)......They begin to stop peeping at around 5 weeks old..By 8 weeks you will know by voice..:)...Hens QUACK....Drakes are raspy and sort of whistle....;)
The drakes will have darker heads as they mature....

Best wishes....
