Breed of this hen

I’ve tried identifying this breed but had no luck thought it was light Sussex but they usually have yellow feet’s

Sussex have white shanks.
I'm in the sun so makes pics harder to see but looks like it has muffs. What type of comb? I'm thinking maybe an EE
