I am leaning to OEGB also, becouse of white legs, Red Jungle Fowl has slate legs and diferent body shape.
BUT this guy here has white legs with red streaks....

Weeeelllllll..... He's been getting pretty testy. He wasn't hand raised by us, so he didn't start out super friendly. Lately, he's been jumping at us if we don't walk into the run with a handful of treats. He spurred my husband in the hand the other day pretty good and he's ready to get rid if him ASAP!I agree, if anything else it's a beautiful bird! How is his attitude? Hopefully he can stick around for a while![]()
Many of what are called Red Jungle Fowl today in the US are not pure and have old English in them. The one pictured doesn't appear to be a jungle fowl. Yours is probably an old English.
