Maybe not- I don't see a muff? They look kind of like wheaten dutch bantams. Or Barnevelders, they come in standard and bantam.

Black. Black chicks commonly have a few white feathers before they mature.

Just bantam. I was thinking looked Barnevelder but I'm too new to this to make that call lol. I'm not tginking easter egger tho but idk
