Breed? Or just a mix?

Look up pics of Americaunas or Faverolles. You see the long poufy feathers next to their mouth and below their ears? Those are muffs. Often chickens with muffs may also have beards. It depends on the bird. Other breeds have muffs, including Silkies, Auracaunas, Easter Eggers, and- well, more. :)
Oh, their beards and cheek feathers XD. We have easter eggers, not all of them got the cheek and beard feathers :p unless the company got our order wrong, their all easter eggers.

Geez. It is 2 weeks later and the other bantie (of a different breed) has tripled in size and has her feathers. Getting her pretty mille fleur colors and I love it! But my lil Nugget...is still a nugget! Maaaaaybe doubled in size which is not saying much lol and still just a tiny softie. She NEVER shuts up either. She runs like an olympian though! And snuggles in with and UNDER the Rouen ducklings 10x her size and often can't be seen but...you can ALWAYS hear her! She must be just going to be an extra small bantim? Or does that breed (we are assuming OEG) just mature slower?
