What is a muff exactly??Maybe not- I don't see a muff? They look kind of like wheaten dutch bantams. Or Barnevelders, they come in standard and bantam.
Look up pics of Americaunas or Faverolles. You see the long poufy feathers next to their mouth and below their ears? Those are muffs. Often chickens with muffs may also have beards. It depends on the bird. Other breeds have muffs, including Silkies, Auracaunas, Easter Eggers, and- well, more.What is a muff exactly??
