These are a few pics of some of my new chickens that I have questions on their breeds. Three of them are bantams. One is a standard breed.

This is Sunshine (bantam) Also think that this is a Roo!

This is Red (standard breed). I think this is a red sex link

This is Puffball (bantam)

This is Peanut (bantam) "She" is the smallest of all of them

This one is also a bantam and have no clue on this one!!

Thanks for your help!!!

I think they are 3 weeks old. I got them from a local feed store. Was under the assumption that they were day old chicks and they weren't cuz they were already getting feathers!
Peanut and the un-named banty don't have any combs as of right now. I got them on the 19th of Mar.

the red is a rooster and can not be a sex link b/c it is red and a rooster...pullets are red in the red sex link roosters are white.....prolly RIR

sunshine is a rooster but i think a Brahma.....puffball too

the bantams look like OEG but it is so hard to tell with chicks.....this is just my beest guess

#1 looks like a white D'uccle (roo)
#2 RIR or production red (looks like pullet)
#3 Looks like a cochin (probably pullet)
#4 looks like an old english game (probably pullet)
#5 looks huge for a bantam! Thinking probably standard. Looks like a gold laced wyandotte (probably pullet from the picture)

Both Sunshine and Puffball have single combs. They're also coming in completely white. If they were light Brahmas, they'd be showing some black in the wings by now.

That's what I thought too but I'm not seeing a beard/muffs. It seems to have the feathering and stance of a D'Uccle. I was wondering if it might be a Booted Bantam???? Would guess this one is a roo.

I'd also agree that Puffball is a Cochin. I'm not sure on the sex yet though. In my experience, Cochin roos tend to feather out slower than pullets.

Sunshine (#1) Has different feathering than Puffball. The guys that owns the store where I got them mentioned D'Uccle but don't know which one.

He also had said that I had a red and black sex link and I know which one the black sex link is, also a brown leghorn was mentioned. But as for the two yellow ones... they don't look anything alike so don't think they are the same breed. Sunshine also has feathers coming out of "her" upper legs. Whereas the other mainly has feathered feet. Idk. Maybe I'll wait a few more days and post again when they get a little bigger. Thanks for the help!!

Anybody else wanna give it a shot? Gonna try and get them outside a little this weekend. Suppose to be nice here in Wisconsin this weekend (well, at least tomorrow).
