The first is an American Game Fowl (I am not sure of variation: Hatch, Kelso, Round head, etc.) Gray in variation - beautiful girl. The black one looks like a game or game cross.

I happen to have LOTS of experience with American Gamefowl.......The 1st hen is a Grey/Hatch cross or some varitation. I know this because hatchs and greys have green legs and only greys throw pullets of that color. Another definititive point is the colored lobes. American can have ANY color varitation in the lobes, legs abd body. They are truly beautiful. The 2nd hen is bit more tricky...She looks like a BJG crossed with an American Gamefowl....are these sisters? They look like they have the same father (leg color) but different mothers. She could also be from the Plymoth Rock family of birds crossed with AGF. The black hen could be a pure AGF but she would have to be A Black Sid or a Speeder/Grey. Look at my American Gamefowl Thread at the link below to see different vartities of breeds and sub-breeds.....They are good pets but tend to be aggressive with other hens....poor layers but great setters....My Speeder/Grey hen is broody right now after only ten eggs! You will love them!
