Breed? Rooster or Hen?

Yes there is a 5th toe....what does that mean?

It means he has some breed with 5 toes in his ancestry. Could be Silkie, Houdan, Dorking, Faverolle or Sultan. His legs look white and he has a crest, which is why I guessed Houdan but it could be any of them as he's a mix.

He just has that "Faverolle" look! But who knows.

Thanks for your help guys! Whatever mix he is, it’s worked, he’s very handsome. This morning he escaped again and had a crow on the back verandah, I was already awake luckily lol. We’re in suburbia so not meant to have a rooster, hoping he behaves so we can keep him. He’s not very loud at this stage so praying he continues to keep his voice down ;-)

Definitely a cockerel, if it has a fifth toe then it has to do with his breed, definitely a rare breed, He doesn't look similar to any breeds I know also if he has 5 toes he is not just any breed. Definitely a mix.
