Hi all.
My three boys recently incubated/hatched these three - we were told they are Easter Eggers, does their colourings fit with this?
They are still very young. I've done alot of reading around genders and I've had suspicions on them. We can't keep roos in our area, so they'll go to a workmates farm.
Anyone care to place a bet on gender? They are so hard to photograph. Nothing going on for them comb wise yet. They are 3.5wks old. I added my guesses, I have minimal experience so they are probably way off!
Thanks!
1. This one was a big egg and always been a big chick. Feathered early. Chunky legs compared to others. It's pretty dominant. I guess pullet.
2. This one has been a silvery white the whole time. Feathered a similar time to 1. Stuck on this one but I guess Roo.
3. The smallest of the lot. Hatched last, small egg. Feathered later, its tail goes up more than the others. I think Roo.
