i know nothing of dutch but what about EE bantam (beard and green legs) croosed with buff brahma bantam (pea comb and color)

It looks like a Bearded D'Anvers. But with the different pattern colours on it, it could be a cross.

Colorwise I'd say he's Quail, or possibly a washed out Dun. But Quail is more likely.
