What breed and variety would you say this is? I'm filling out poultry show forms and have no idea what to list this girl as

It's either a mixed breed or black sexlink. In either case, she isn't really showable for an APA show. Black sexlinks are a crossbreed, not an actuall breed.

Shes just doing a local backyard poultry show. its our first one so we are doing small ones to learn. As we progress we will be showing Phoenix hopefully

If you want to show seriously, then I suggest getting good stock from a reputable breeder and avoid sourcing your birds from hatcheries.

Oh most definately. We are doing these local ones to get our feet wet. If it goes good and my daughter enjoys it she wants to show Phoenix so we'll research everything. Thank you very much
