Breed?

This is Lynkrd Skynrd the "free bird" I got from a friend
Does anyone have any ideas as to what breed it could be?
It is about a little over a month old.

Maybe some type of game bird? Very pretty.

Yes, it is very flighty so I've worked extra hard to tame it. Also it has green colored legs. It isn't an Amerucana because this birds stature is so prominent-
