Just got our chicks in the mail today from Murray McMurray hatchery. Can anyone tell me what breed this surprise chick is?

What color are the bottoms of her feet and what color are the legs?

I will check them out, thank you. The feet look a bit green in the picture, possibly an EE?

That chick is too young to identify breed. Repost pictures when it has a good set of feathers in a few weeks.

Do you have any idea whether or not this chick is a bantam, or a standard? Depending on which, this could either be a Silver Sebright, or a Silver Spangled Hamburg. Both breeds sport slate legs, rose combs, and identical down color.

It’s the same size as all of my RIR chicks so I’m going to go with standard. I can’t wait to see how it turns out
