Breed?

I impulsively bought two goslings from a local feed store. They’re about 2 weeks old now and so far they’ve been doing great and have been a lot of fun. They were listed as “assorted and un sexed geese” and I’m wondering if anybody has any idea what they might be. And when can you start to tell males and females apart (and how)

Also, the darker one tends to chew on it’s back fluff. It’s not pulling anything out and it’s skin doesn’t look red or irritated. Is this normal? It almost looks like feathers may be starting to come in.

I'm thinking maybe a white and a brown Chinese gosling! Very cute!
