Breed?

This is Eagle and I thought she was supposed to be a Rhode Island Red but with her black feathers, I’m a little confused. Does anyone know what breed she is?

Oh yeah, my barred rock is most definitely a cockerel. I’m really hoping this one isn’t because so far I’m at 2/8 being cockerels.
