if you mean the colour, her colour is italian.

There aren't actually any breeds of quail. Her species is japanese quail (coturnix) and as @KaLe dA QuAiL said, her colour is italian.

I absolutely agree with everyone else. She is an Italian mutation of a Japanese quail or as some would say their genus ‘Coturnix’. She’s very pretty I might add.

I think Pepper is a Tuxedo

She is the one with the white chest and yellow above her eyes and on her chin
