I think the Barred Rock part is correct, but the "girl" part might not be.... The comb is looking a little big...

4 roosters with how many hens? You can make a batchlor flock, separate rooster flock, as well if you have the space, and want to do it.
What hatchery did you order from?

I think it may be a black sex link cockerel. They are often mixed up with barred rocks.

This time I got these girls from meyer hatchery. I've ordered from my pet chicken. I've incubated, let's the hens hatch in the coop. I let my chickens and ducks free range. We have about fifty outside with four coops one is really big. They free range on six acres of land. So this looks like a rooster? Darn it

By the looks of it, you have a cockerel there. We have several of these too. Our big roo still likes to be held and is quite tame.
