i see atleast one drake (the biggest khaki) so by any chance will you be able to have two seperate pens to seperate the boys and girls just in case needed?
I have another coop and run that is vacant and it’s my old chicken one, is there a reason I would need to seperate them ?

if you have more drakes then hens and they aren’t seperated, the drakes will hurt the girls and each other. most people say 5 hens per every drake but it all depends on their personalities and i know people who’s ducks are fine with 1 drake to 1 hen

personally, since my ducks are just pets and i can’t get anymore hens i keep my two older drakes with just each other and my 3rd drake stays with my two hens, they are all very happy

Male ducks require a pretty hefty sex ratio, about 3-4 females per one male duck. If you have too many males and not enough females, they WILL over mate and injure your females. The females won’t be too happy either.
