Noticing her leg color more and more. And she has a single comb. She is roughly 16ish weeks old. I was told sapphire Splash but I’m not sure??

Looks like a sapphire splash. I see some grey (blue) feathers here and there, but not much. The amount of splash feathers can vary quite a bit. Some do appear almost white like yours.

Looks like it is typical. Gems are a hybrid, so they are a mix. So no real standard for leg color.
