Same.You'll need to wait until they have all their feathers. Like @Poultrybonkers said, they could be a few different things. My bet is on Welsummers or Brown LH's.
Wrong color skin for Phoenix.Looks like Phoenix chicks to me. I raise them and that is about exactly what they look like. In a few weeks you'll be able to sex them by color. The darker ones with more colors would be male and the females stay a lighter color. I raise Golden Phoenix and those look almost just like the ones I hatch out all the time.
