Breed?

Not with that comb. I'm honestly not sure:idunno.

My best guess would be sumatra, but it's not the best representation of the breed. Maybe some mix I'm not aware of

My guess, like several others, is Olive Egger.

I'm thinking maybe from one of the hatcheries that has 2nd generation or later flocks, rather than a first generation cross.

If the hatchery started by crossing an Ameraucana with a Cuckoo Marans, chicks would have combs like that, muff/beard, and some or all chicks would have white barring. But when that generation grows up, interbreeding them could give some birds like the one in this thread (comb type, no muff/beard, black feathers without white barring, general body shape, etc.)
 
Hello everyone! Thanks for all your replies. He is indeed a boy. IDK why I wrote “Her”. I don’t have any baby pics, but I’ll upload a new pic of him soon. He has grown a lot! Up until now he is a very nice boy! Hopefully, it stays like that.
