Can you take a couple more pictures of the comb and body? I don't see any signs of it being a cockerel but the image is pretty blurry.

The comb is still small and pale and the legs are pretty thin but the rust coloring popping up here typically indicates male:

This exactly, comb is pale but that looks like male specific coloring. You can wait a bit longer to see for sure but I'm casting vote for cockerel based on the red on the wing bar areas

What makes you think its a cockerel? I am curious as to what to look for

It’s much easier to tell on the new photos. With blue chickens like yours, darker coloring on the wings indicates male, as does the rust color. In the first photo, I noticed that he had super thick legs and feet, which is also an indicator
