Breed??

Chick has me confused
Its a brown color with grey on its back, and its feathers are coming in barred
It has yellow legs and has a single comb
Is it a mix?
Ive never seen a light brown chick come in barred
could it be a male sex link of some kind?

lol it has me confused. i have barred rocks and black sex links, pullets and cockrels, all hatched with this chick. they are all black. this ones not. i had other brown chicks hatch but there feathers are coming in brown and white. Idk what the eggs were suppose to be, they were given to me.

Maybe a mix of the BR and whatever the brown ones are. Not a sex-link, as the males would look just like barred rocks until much older.
