Breeder pens

What are you all using for breeder pens? I have a old rabbit hutch I might rebuild that is about 4' wide and 3' deep with a nesting box off the side. I figure 4 birds could roost in it at night with three hens and one roo. Probably build a 6' x 12' run maybe?

Looking for ideas and experience from others.

My pens in the breeder barn are 5'x10' and 4'x12'. Usually 5-8 birds per pen.

I use this type, you can build it to be 7ft long, but here it is at 3ft.

No problem! I have a tractor shed that I converted to a dog pen. It will probably become a breeding pen next year.
