Run collapsed

I can't help with anything other than roost bars. Get a couple of cinder blocks, stand them on end, and run a board between them. Done.
You can also quickly build roost bars that are portable and useful to have in a pinch using 2 by 4s. I had my husband make one when my chickens first moved out to the run and we're sleeping in a large dog crate. I don't know how to describe his building technique but can take a picture if it helps.
Last of all, a 2 by 2 (I think?) should slide through the bars of a large dog crate for a nighttime roosting solution.
Best of luck! That stinks that your run fell down!

Pictures please! I'm always looking for good roost bar ideas.

The first picture is of the roost bars we made for my young pullets. They are now in my bantam coop, and I can just pick them up and remove them for cleaning. It took maybe 30 minutes to make.
The second is of a roosting tree we made from clothes rods and boards (center and base). It took a couple of hours to make, I think, but might be easily movable to your run when you rebuild.
