Just wanted to let everyone know I had an excellent experience with Bella Nera Farms in Northern New Jersey. I ordered 6 eggs from her, but she misunderstood and thought I ordered 12. I received 15 eggs, that were collected that day. All eggs were labeled with their type (frizzle splash, dun, etc) Of those 15 eggs, only 1 was unfertilized. We are on day 17 and I have zero quitters and 1 pipping right now. So if you are looking for quality eggs in the area, definitely check her out.

Is this ever good to hear!

A customer of mine wants me to go in on halves with her at this same place for a dozen silkie eggs this coming January. I hatch them, and she'll come over to pay me for half the eggs and take half.

This customer who is an hour away knows I order high-quality silkie hatching eggs to be shipped quite often as she's bought some of the ones I don't keep.
