Who's watching it now?

I am, just saw the Sprint where Big Drama won.

I was out horseback riding so I missed the early races

I'm going back and forth between two channels. Zanetta got her odds stacked against her 4-5.

I used to watch it but as I get older the prospect of, even just occasionally, watching horses break down is just too much for me. I think the last televised horse race I watched was Barbaro's last race. Yes, I know horses do these things spontaneously in the pasture sometimes too; but that does not to me mean we should be *encouraging* them to do it.

Sorry, and here's hoping that not just the Breeders Cup horses but ALL horses EVERYwhere that are racing today will cross the line unharmed... although, particularly if you are considering all horses racing everywhere today, you know that is not going to come CLOSE to happening...

I was watching on ABC....but then they switched to college fooball and said the coverage was continuing on ESPN....all fine and good except.....I DON'T HAVE CABLE OR A DISH so I guess I'm SOL!!!!! You'll have to post how she does when it's over.

Awe..........The owner mentioned she had always been in the winner's circle and wondered what she was thinking.

I just knew she was gonna come up and win. I'm so sad for her.

I used to never miss a race if I didn't have to, but I also haven't watched more since Barbaro. My husband and I kept up on all of the rest of his life and it was so sad that he fought so hard and finally lost.

This was a great race though.
