I got 2 baby frizzles, I think one is a rooster. I was told that you should not mix 2 frizzles because something will be wrong with the chicks. Is this true? if so I am totally heartbroken. We love him so much already.. I may have to end up getting another coop.. I can't event think about rehoming him, but I do want to hatch some eggs. Help.

That is not to be done.
You can breed the male frizzle with your non-frizzled hens and another rooster with your frizzle pullet, Those are your best options.
There's nothing stopping you from breeding the two together. Why don't you try it and let all of us know how the hatches turn out.

Thank you.. I wouldn't dare try if it is not healthy for them..I just didn't want to let him go. They are very attached to each other, but If I get another hen that he could breed with, I'm afraid I won't be able to tell the difference between the eggs and I don't want to accidentally hatch a chick that will suffer. I'm thinking about just getting another coop and getting a couple of hen for him and a roo for her. But they love each other so much, it makes me sad to separate them :(

You don't have to separate them. Just don't set any of her eggs. Once she starts laying, you may find that you can differentiate her eggs from other hens in the flock.
Another thing to consider if you got them from the same source, they are likely full brother and sister.
What breed are they?

She said the mom was a serama cochin cross and dad is a silkie. I bet they are full brother and sister. I hope I can tell the difference between the eggs because they really love each other but I don't want to accidentally hatch a baby that would have problems! The guilt would eat me alive.
