What color and size will the eggs be if I mix an Amercauna rooster with a Leghorn hen? I am thinking about breeding them.

Don't know about the egg size, because every single one ended up being roos and they were all white.

Blue Wheaten Ameraucana Roo X Leghorn. They roos ended up bigger than their daddy, so I imagine had I got hens, I would have ended up with bigger eggs than the Ameraucanas produced.

Thank you and I would think also about the hen's eggs being bigger than their mother's. I have heard that they will lay large colored eggs, but I do not know if that is true.

I don't know either, but I've heard that the hens will lay good sized pale blue eggs, somewhat paler than a full Ameraucana.

I read somewhere that if you cross any color egg layer with a white egg layer the offspring will lay the same color as the colored egg layer because the color egged trait is dominant (Haha that was a confusing sentence.) I don't know for sure but I hope I helped.

If it is a true, purebred Ameraucana and not an Easter Egger. . . You should have a very nice Easter Egger with large blue eggs (not that much more pale than the original) and dominant white coloration over whatever the Ameraucana had.
